That daemon interacts with remote IKEv2 ones, negotiates traffic
selectors and security associations and sends derived SP/SA commands to
ESPER – ESPv3 daemon’s socket. Actually that could be any kind of
setkey-compatible implementation. IKER will flush all SA/SP
when started.
